What happened to laserscope? Are they not in cosmetic laser industry anymore?

Anyone servicing their lasers?

JR: Laserscope has been acquired by the IRIDEX corporation. They sell and provide service for the former Laserscope devices.

Laserscope is now AMS (American Medical Systems). All lasers formerly serviced and owned under the Laserscope trade name are now AMS. Because Iridex had formerly acquired Laserscope, some lasers may still bear the company name Iridex, like the Gemini (a Laserscope product). Iridex is also owned by AMS, and the ophthalmic lines still bear the Iridex name (not that it's a rule). Iridex is still traded under IRIX, and AMS is traded under a different name (don't ask me why...).

Many companies service these lasers.
