I posted this in another section of this forum, but seems it may be better suited here:
My husband who is a physician, and I (nurse practitioner) are starting a new medical spa in SE WA state, only one within a 50 mile radius. We are starting small and will work our way to add more procedures. We were looking at machines that optimize space as we are renting a room off a successful salon in town.
Some of the ones we were considering (but then became gun shy after reading in this forum):
Syneron elos
Alma Harmony XL Pro
Inmode Optima
Another option would be to go with a laser such as Syneron Vbeam Perfecta and then find a smaller one for laser hair removal. We like the idea of just one machine so as not to clutter up the room too much.
Thoughts and feedback (pros/cons) would be great and much appreciated!
