I recently treated a female patient with a yag and filler treatment in the nose in the same sitting, She returned with a rather severe case of vessel matting that developed after the treatment.
I was wondering how I should treat this or if I should treat this at all? She said she had rather severe swelling from the filler which may have been the cause, and also that she has had this reaction with a laser before and it took 6 months to clear on its own. The literate says this is self resolving and I don't want want to make matters worse. Anything to help speed resolution?
