I'm adding aesthetics to my practice, and am looking at the Ellman (Sandstone) Apex and Matrix...any experiences or opinions on these? Thanks

I never owned one of these systems, a friend has and he did say for the cost they have value. I believe he paid about 25K for each system. The caution is ellman bought these from sandstone. Now ellman sold to another laser company so repairs may be difficult.
