I have SP Dynamis and am seriously considering QXMax as well.

First query is what others are using for skin tightening-Piano or Smooth Mode ?-and why?

We truly enjoy our Fotona QX Max. I am interested in what other physicians are recommending for the treatment of Fitzpatrick type IV-VI, ethnically Asian skin with pigmented spots and melasma. Does anyone have experience with Angel White settings? I use other modalities for skin tightening and am not familiar with the 'piano or smooth' modes.

hi i m confused between sp spectro and dynamis. Nd yag power in spectro is35 watts and 80 watts in dynamis. My vender insists me on buying spectro because of huge price difference between both. Which one should I buy. Is spectro underpowered for hair removal or skin tightening?
