We have both the Palomar Icon and Slim Lipo lasers. Quite disappointed I had to pay for the warranty renewal after one year. Do most people continue doing this or do they try to outsource the repairs? If so, what have your results been with the quality of work on outsourced repairs? Can you give me a couple examples of any type of repair you had done and how much it cost? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
