Cosmetic IPL Laser Reviews & Comparisons > Pelleve
Overpriced electrolysis machine with rather excessive artificial carrying costs. Compare the specs, CRF FCC label, to a $500 electrolysis machine. The only difference seems to be the sale persons' claims and the patent they have for the device:

Which has a lot more to do with creating overpriced electric leads with a built-in short life span than any actual medical advancement.
I had one Pelleve by Ellman treatment. As a result, I was shrink wrapped, second degree burns and after one year, I still take Lyica for temple nerve damage. This was done at Spago in Punta Gorda, Florida. It has been a nightmare.
There is no way that Pelleve can "shrink wrap or cause second degree burns" to anyone. The design of the system won't allow a patient to get even close enough to getting a burn. At the most you might get a small static shock like you can with any RF device. I have seen hundreds of treatments and no complications. The Pelleve is one of the safest machines i have seen on the market for skin tightening.
The Pelleve treatment should feel like a hot stone massage and should be soothing and not hurt. It is amazing for the face and neck and especially for the eyes. I think everyone should demo it before purchasing any other device.
I just had one treatment day before yesterday - it was very pleasant and I loved it - I live in Northern California. I cannot wait to go back for another treatment. I saw a noticeable difference after just that one treatment. There wasn't anything like a shrink wrap or burning sensation. It was just warm and relaxing. Technician was diligent in asking whether the heat was too much, just enough or not enough. Also, I am 73 years old.
we have been using pelleve for more than 3 years. We get great results. The system is very operator dependent. We have developed our own protocols which feel get the best results. The system is very versatile because you can get other handpieces to do other services(Ie remove moles, skin tags etc.). they have just come out with a body handpiece. Works okay. We get better results with our excillis for the body. Pelleve does have consumables as well. think it is a good ist machine for someone that wants to offer skin tightening without the cost.
I would love to hear from anybody who has experience with Pelleve by Ellman International, for skin tightening. I am pretty familiar with Cynosure's Affirm and am considering buying one, but somebody has told me to look at Pelleve.
I would appreciate any information from real users of the system. Thank you!
