agree with mica v. you should also use silica scrub in addition to the 10% lactic acid lotion.
You should also consider a salicylic acid containing cleanser.
With keratosis pilaris, you need to be very careful to not over-scrub the area. Over scrubbing can aggravate and make your skin reddish and also stimulate overgrowth of keratin.This skin condition should be treated very gently with a lotion containing light glycolic or lactic acids. Don't forget your sunscreen too!
