Be happy with what you got...otherwise you may end up as a downgrade to A-.
Just get the implants. You (most likely) won't regret it! I love mine.
I have examined the breasts of MANY patients who have implants over the past 37+ years in Ob-Gyn. It is exceedingly rare to hear a woman who is unhappy about her decision.
My fear of implants is I that I don't want to be under the knife again for replacement-- don't they have a lifespan of about 10-15 years?
Can fat taken from the abdomen or thighs be injected in breast to lift them?
@ LRanieri: Yes, I do it. It is the best way to fill the breasts and buttocks. Results are beautiful and natural, if done properly

I want breasts that don't look as sad as mine do after breastfeeding my newborns (twins to be exact). Not a fan of implants for a variety of reasons. Am exceedingly interested in fat transfer. Sure, I have some fat I would be willing to sacrifice in the name of better boobs. I am not looking for much-- if I could go from current A to smallish B, I would be thrilled. Surgeons: what is your opinion of this procedure? Are any of you doing it.? If so, will you please relate your experiences and opinions? Thank you in advance-any help is much appreciated.
