Injectable Treatments: Botox & Filler Injections > Facial contouring

Hi all, just come across a client who has very thin skin and has lots of lines, from the orbital area to the lower facial area and she is only 48 years old, she has previously been injected by another practitioner with fillers to the orbital area, however i decided to use Botox in this area as the filler may of weighed the skin down which is quite lax. i was thinking of maybe Teosyal ultimate to hydrate and maybe give some support for the lines in her face? she basically looks much older than her years, any idea's please? would also like to know if you have used this product and what your thoughts are about the results on clients?

Try Sculptra or Radiesse. These are better products because these are collagen stimulators. I bet she will get amazing results..

Artefill is great for facial contouring. It stimulates collagen and lasts much longer than other fillers. I have used it a lot in every area of the face and have had wonderful results.

I use Radiesse with the cannula technique (full facelift) or you can also use Juvederm 2 in tiny little injections over the whole area affected, which will give her skin a boost.

Another idea would be skin tightening treatments and combo plasma "regen" or "selphyl" to regenerate the tissues from inside rather than just filling her up and changing the shape of her face.

Everyone has their favorite product to use. However, she may need different products for different parts of her face. Depending on how thin her skin is and also how much existing "infrastructure" she has, the collagen stimulators may or may not be the best choice.

Rehydrate the skin with Redensity 1 then use the Radiesse.

I would advise face lift.

Your client is still young and the requirement is hydration, tonicity and fines lines. I would do facial rejuvenation on this client, Mesotherapy technique, 5 sessions, combining complexes of vitamins, mineral elements and light HA, to boost her skin, and after the 5 sessions, she will notice a big difference for you to be able to organize a treatment plan for your patient. The result will be amazing.
