Just wanted to get some feedback on Exilis an FDA approved monopolar RF device for deep tissue heating for fat/fibrous tissue & superficial skin tightening. Anyone having any positive or negative clinical results with this device, and if so please feel free to reply & compare with other similiar RF technology on the market today.

Any machine is only as good as the operator. Don't look for bargains in plastic surgery

Its true, in the hands of improperly trained operator the machine will not deliver desirable results.

I have been using Exilis since December 2011. As everything we use in medicine, the Exilis is a tool and all depends on its user. I have developed my own protocols and the results we have are truly outstanding. Although the majority of treatments are for fat reduction we always add skin tightening for obvious reason. The reduction of fat is clearly visible even after 1 or 2 sessions; skin tightening comes later.
