Our physician uses tumescent liposuction but she is interested in laser liposuction. Anyone using this? Which ones do you recommend and why??

I have tried Palomar's SlimLipo, Cool Lipo is similar to SmartLipo. I didn't like the SlimLipo as much as the SmartLipo. Smartlipo was developed in the early 1990's in Italy so it has a long track record. I don't think any is any better or worse than any other but the 1440 wavelength seems more specific for fat, the 920 better for skin tightening but even regular suction lipo gets skin tightening from the trauma to subdermal tissues. I like the Tickle Lipo the best but still use the SmartLipo for skin tightening more from market demand than any proven benefit.

I have experience with Accusculpt laser liposuction from Lutronic. It is supposed that 1440 wavelength it is much better than 1440 or diode lasers because it has bigger accuracy in fat and water. I think that it is quite fast with low complication rate…..and the price is not extremely high. It is also very good for face skin tightening. I think that the major disadvantage of all this machines is the need of extra suction machine. Recently I heard about a new laser device which it combines diode laser and RF with suction in the same machine. I have never tried it but I am sure that it is worth to take a test of this device. I would be very happy if someone has any experience with something like this.

i am sorry....i mean 1444 of accusculpt

I have the Cool Lipo machine(1320 nm) and am thinking I would offer it for sale if I got the right price. It is used for laser liposuction as well as venous ablation. Never used for the latter and very limited usage for laser liposuction as well. I live in a small populated area and the local market has been flooded with other providers offering similar services. Trying to stream line my services. If you are interested please email me at slotstein@gmail.com.

for 3 years, I have successfully done laser assisted lipo to a number of patients. procedure wise, it is very simple. so far, I haven't encountered complications like blood clots and lidocaine toxicity.
