Hi! I'm a new esty looking for a job in a medical setting. I don't have experience (except for school, and our Dr. ran the clinic like a medical spa) how do I get people to take a chance on me? I'm super smart and determined, but I'm finding it difficult to find a good office. I'm in the Phoenix area, so there is not a shortage of opportunity. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
