The Melanage Peels from Young Pharmaceuticals are excellent and recommended safe for all skin types. There is the Melanage and the Melanage Mini Peel designed to resolve hyperpigmentation due to sun damage, acne scarring, melasma, etc.. We have a large African American patient base in our practice and these peels are one of our most sought after skin care treatments. They each come with home care products as well as a maintenance compounded cream to continue evening out the pigmentation and skin tone post treatment. Hope this helps!

Also The Perfect Peel is safe for all skin types and addresses a variety of issues. Such as active acne, acne scarring, hyperpigmentation, fine lines & wrinkles. We are having great success with patients of all skin tones.

Domina Skin Care an Italian company makes an Mandelic Acid Peel. Excellent for treating acne, anti aging, wrinkles, sensitive and sun damaged skin. works well on skin types 4-6. Patients love the outcome of their treatments I have been using their Mandelic peels for about a year. They also have a facial scrub that has Salicylic acid in it. I used the scrub first then the mandelic peel excellent results. The company is very easy to work with they are located in Miami FL.

The VI Peel is for all skin tones. It is great for acne, anti aging, fine lines and sun damage. It's safe for skin types 1-6. I have used this peel and love the results you see with clients skin.

I became an educator for BelleDerm Skincare after using their products and chemical peels for 5 years in a medical spa, and the majority of my patients were Fitz IV or darker. BelleDerm's Lite Jessner's and Jessner's peels are amazing for those with darker skin types. It peels very nicely and evenly throughout the skin. The peeling lasts for a couple of days, but if you're looking for a more superficial peel they have brightening peels that are lactic and glycolic acid based with hydroquinone as well. They also have some great post-care products, and they do not sell online or through any direct-to-consumer channel. They are a physician-only brand.

Hello Rinat!

I highly recommend INNO-PEEL. Its a european product specifically from Spain. The lab developed 4 types of controlled peelings. I've tried 2 of them and 2 of my coworkers the other two, and I've seen amazing results. It all depends on what is being treated.

Antiaging: Photoaging, Wrinkles, Spots, Flacidity, etc.,
Skin Recovery:Acne, mid-scars and Post-Inflammatory pigmentations,
Whitening: Lentigines, freckless, Vulgaris Acne and
Lactobio C:premature Aging and rejuvenation peeling.

None of them is considered as Deep peeling that will cause a necrosis or anything like it. They basically work from Superficial to Medium epidermial and dermo-epidermial level, which is safer and more convenient.

Let me know what specific condition is the one you are dealing with your patient and I'll let you know which one might work for him/her.

Have a great day!
