Syneron: elos, eLight, eMax, & LipoLite > Syneron Triniti
Yes, we've been offering the Triniti to our clients for the past 3 years, and have grown the practice consistently with it. The Triniti is a 3 part treatment to address 1. vascular/pigmented lesions, 2. skin laxity, and 3. wrinkles.
The best treatment head for #1, vascular/pigmented lesions is with the SRA head. We use this on skin types 1-3.
Also it is not the RF that has the effect, but the combination of the RF with the IPL. The RF helps to require less IPL energy to accomplish the same effect as IPL alone, but with the added benefit of the RF heating deeper to the dermis and causing a better result with texture/fine lines. This is one of the beneficial results with the Triniti that I share with the patients during the consultations. If necessary, I also show them the studies showing the increased efficacy of the IPL+RF as compared to IPL +ND:YAG.

Very well put and I completely agree- we have also grown our medspas from the Triniti.

I think patients don't know the difference but they see improvement. I found I like breaking the treatments up better Refirme for an entire hour the have them come back for an "SR" treatment but I like to layer an ND yag on top of an SR treatment. Does a better job of reds on the skin. Deeper penetration plumps skin better as well.

Syneron offers a platform for the Triniti program, the eMax (uses RF+IPL)
Does RF have good results treating superficial benign vascular and pigmented lesions?
Anyone experienced with it?
