I would like to open a medical spa in Georgia with a non-medical background though I have been on the business side of the medical field for 10 years (running major outpatients clinics)
I would like to know if anyone would be able to guide me on some information
1)legalities of not have a medical degree. Who do I need to hire? MD, NP, RN.
2)Who must be on site at all times (NP/MD/RN?)
3) what specific licenses must be gotten
4)where to recruit talented staff (if theres a specific job board dedicated to Medspa similar to indeed)
5)Medical director contract templates/ NP contracts
6)Is there popular MedSpa consultants or designers to help create a great spa
7)Recommend EMR or sales program
I know its a lot, but I've been searching and think first hand feed back will be very helpful
