Does anyone have a sample policy contract for Medi spa medical aestheticians who work on pay per hour and receive commission for services and for products sold?
Who gets the client first? What is fair? Selling product or services to another aesthetician clients when they are off that day? Who gets the sale? Switching clients so one is getting more comm and tips I desperately need guidance on this and a policy for them to follow.
