I am negotiating with a med spa that wants me to be their director. What is the routine way of paying a Medical Director? Is it a percentage of gross or net income or is a standard salary? The spa has two aesthetician's and two nurse injectors. Gross income is 2.5 Mil/year. What are your suggestions?
