Hi I am new to the board. Looks great here. Just wondering as I am thinking to add PRP to my practice, how much you are paying for it, what types of kit are you using. Is there much of a difference between the various kits out there?

I am new to it as well - seen a patient with large venous ulcers secondary to type 2 DM been treated with it by plastics in hospital - this is uk by the way. The results were amazing. Granulation tissue formed nicely and the dressings came off in 2 weeks.
