Injectable Treatments: Botox & Filler Injections > Lid Ptosis
Been using a colleague's suggestion: Iopidine 0.5%, opthalmic solution, 1-2 drops TID. Seems to work well on my patients.

Has anybody tried administering 2.5% Neosynephrine for eyelid ptosis?

I am also looking for effective treatment recommendations for droopy eyelids. Apparently, my ptient had an overdose of Botox in the periorbital area. Thanks in advance for your help!

I advice my pts to massage affected area with electric toothbrush. It somehow relieves the droopiness.

For Droppy eyes patients should,do use Clarisonic Opal for eyes Also I highly recommend NuFace radio frequency equency at home tool both work really well!

NuFace is a Microcurrent device, not RF. It is a great home machine!

Iopidine works efficiently without dilating the pupil!

The recommended pathway for treatment is prescription of iopidine drops , administer 3x day to stimulate Muller muscle. This helps but is not correctable with further injections of toxin. We have policies and protocols in place to care for adverse events. Suggest you bring her in and look at her rather than assuming what she informs you is true.Assess carefully cause most of the time, the patients complain of this when in fact, there really isn't any problem.

My patients always seem to get a slight lid ptosis on one side post-administration of Botox. Any tips for avoiding this?
