Lutronic: Accusculpt, eCO2, Mosaic, Spectra > Spectra Laser Toning
I saw some mild improvement in most patients I used it on, but nothing compared to some of the results Lutronic shows in their training manual or online. Then again, I may not have been treating as aggressively as they were, and my patient's home regimen may not have been the same. Most of what I've read seems to have people combining these treatments with topical vitamin C, hydroquinone, and sometimes a steroid. In these cases, it's difficult to know how much of your result is attributable to which therapy.
I prime with triluma cream for 3 weeks followed by laser toning x 10 sessions weekly + Spf 50 PA ++++ sunblock. Result is great
my first q switched laser was medlite c6. it was ok
second was s revile , amazing q switched.
third was the new spectra, very good, love the photo toning.
currently using spectra xt, it is the best of the all.
easy to use, easy to caliber, easy and cheap to maintain, it is the ak47 version...highly effective on melasma, with the right spot size, parameters, hz,, and number of pulses.
i strongly recommend the spectra xt, but be warned, in order to achieve best result, make sure, you change your flash lamps once a year or so,,,as power will decrease with time.
What's your experience with the use of the Spectra Laser Toning in the treatment of melasma ?
