Hello All,
I know there have been several similar questions but I am still unclear. I am a Rn in Tx that currently has a business and wanted to offer botox, fillers, hydrofacials and IV vitamin therapy, under a medical director, to add to to my services, can this be legally done if there's a contract for forementioned delegated service under medical management agreement?
