Who do I contact to get license to dispense Toxins and Fillers in Massachusetts for a Med Spa. I already obtained a Aesthetic license but have been given several options as to how to obtain a license to be officially opened by December. Please advise.

In MA a MedSpa should be licensed as a clinic by the DPH unless it is wholly owned and controlled by an appropriately boarded physician's practice. This means a cosmetic surgeon, plastic surgeon, or dermatologist and a dentist boarded by the ABMOS, not an internist, FP, ED, or Ped. doc. Aesthetic license is irrelevant when working in a compliant medspa in MA because you are not working under the Board of Cosmetology.
