I'd be suspicious of any company that did not have offices in the US if that's where you are. Of course, it wouldn't be that difficult to find out if they do have these certifications. If you do, please post the results.

I checked the FDA database and could not find a company by the name of NUOVO LASER. Did they possibly use a different company name when they supposedly filed their premarket notification for this device? Can you also find out the "official" name of the device?

I sent a message to the distributor and to the factory. Tehy should give an answer soon.
Could you tell me how do i search the FDA database?

Visit www.FDA.com and search under medical devices/premarket submissions/databases. Type in the name of the company and/or the name of the device and -- if they have actually filed a 510(k)-- you can usually find a summary and the letter.

I questioned the salesman and they admited that they don't have
fda approval. And they said they will take off the FDA announcement.

Does someone knows this company? They are thailand based and they claim to have ISO, FDA and CE. Does someone worked with this laser? Does it works?
