Hi I am confused between Cutera Xeo, Candela Elos Plus and Cynosure Icon. I know cutera has bad customer services. So, that leaves Elos Plus and Icon. Can someone please help. I want to concentrate more on photo facials, skin rejuvenation, lesions, veins,etc. Can someone please help based on the machine, customer services etc? I would reall appreciate.

MaxG and 1540 on Icon are really good. 1540 can be gentle.
OPL (IPL) modules has calibration port and their resource can be more than 200 000 pulses.

The icon is the more powerful platform by far. The two don't even compare.
