I buy E-LIGHT& RF from company in China, and i am not happy.

Because they send a machine is not working. I try to set up everything, but Handle of IPL is not working since they send me.
The Rf is working perfect, that i don´t understating

I report the problem, to this company and they never give solution, said to me, to send the handle, for them, but from my responsibility..
That is not right, i pay quit amount of money for that, and expect honesty.

But now my work is stop, because of this big problem, i lost money, and no one resolve my problem.
I want to ask with you now any engineer in were in Uk, to see my machine.???
Because with the problem is handle, i have to buy, because i can wait any more days for this to be resolve.

There are many sources in China. I believe quality is still in question even though prices are very interesting. Its probably good to wait another two years until the level of product quality might be comparable with the product quality you actually get from Korea.

The non FDA system has not been proven to release a beam that is reliably consistent and up to the specs that you are intending to deliver. It is a risk to the patient and becomes indefensible when proven in a court of law.

Im in New Xealand and have bought a variety of about 10 diferent lasers over the past 6 years from Apollomed in Shanghai and the average machine cost is 15k including shipping. We train with them and we have been really pleased with the quality and service. Im about to buy 4 more for a clinic. Plus some of the machines have FDA approval and Australian approval since a branded company has sponsored this process and then slaps on their brand name and a retail price of 50-70k for a machine. Whereas i buy them manufacture direct. I have no reason to promote these machines as im just a regular consumer. Just wanted to share. Hope this is helpful.

GREAT posts and very valuable when sourcing suppliers. I also had a problem with Chinese supplier. ADSS from Beijing. Product cost was high and thought I am buying quality. A co2 laser worked less than 20 hours total and then the touch screen gave problems. The screen was still ok, but it would not go into the program. Local engineer said it was a problem ON the board and that it was the program chip and could only be replaced by original supplier. The supplier refused to repair the machine or send replacement parts and EVENTUALLY after 14 months, I was told that I could get a new touch screen for $1200. We bought 3 machines ( Different) from ADSS beijing and ALL equipment stopped working after less than one year. ADSS would not repair/replace or even offer support.
Anyone contemplating to buy from ADSS company in Beijing...BEWARE....

I bought a q switched from Nubway in Beijing. Total garbage. I paid 8k and said the arm was made in S. KOREA but found out later crom their own engineer that it was made in China. So they lied.
My laser broke after 6 mos and they would not repair.

For ANYONE considering to buy from Beijing company ADSS please PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE.
I bought many pieces of equipment ( CO2 lasr IPL, RF, HR, ND Yag and others from ADSS.
CO2 laser did not even work for 20 hours TOTAL when the touch screen PROGRAM, stopped. This could ONLY be repaired by ADSS as the program chip was blown due to the electronic parts NOT being properly installed, Some of the capacitors just dislodged, etc etc etc..... ADSS does NOT honor their guarantees. You can NEVER get in touch with the Manager Wei LI, and can only speak to a sales person who NEVER returns your calls or emails. When you EVENTUALLY get in touch with them, it is always another sales lady you speak to.
Other equipment just stopped working and in some cases, the screen shows a different problem than the actual one you are experiencing etc etc etc.

Of 8 pieces of equipment we bought $86,000, not ONE single one is still working after 11 months. We have a professionally qualified electronics engineer servicing our equipment and his comment..... ADSS buys pre ordained and assembled electronics to put into their equipment and NEVER runs sustain tests on their product.
He now also refuses to even try to see what the problem is.

SO....I urge all to seriously consider if you REALLY want to give your money to such a company. In our case we actually dealt directly with the Manager Wei li and although we KNO THAT HE IS THERE, hE DOES NOT REPLY AND OFFER any kind OF ASSISTANCE.

I agree with post above. We also bought from ADSS and Nd Yag and co2 laser worked for 5 months and then disaster. ADSS said we must send laser back to them at our cost. After sending the laser to them, they sent email to say that laser was beyond repair and only said....user fault.... We had a professional person servicing the laser and his service record also says that Lasertube erratic and this is the problem. ADSS would not honor their sales guarantee so we lost all. They were NOT interested to have customer service, and after paying for the unit, that was it. They now suggested we buy a new one.

ADSS sales supplies the usual sales garbage and once they have your money.... the problem becomes yours 100% so....Be careful when buying from ADSS in beijing

Same comments as above with regard to ADSS company Beijing. NO aftersales service and whenever there is a problem, they ask that the equipment be sent back to them (at your cost) and from 4 pieces of equipment we bought from them, had to be returned. In ALL cases, we were told that it was a user fault and machine cannot be repaired. Buy new one....... this was the reply from their manager Wei lin.

CAn anyone with a contactable email, perhaps tell me about reputable supplier for co2 laser, Hifu, Nd Yag laser and 980 laser in Beijing....

All suppliers tells these wonderful stories of how good their company and service is but there seems to be very very few of these good companies.

I will appreciate some recommendations with regard to good suppliers.
Will appreciate to hear from only those who have actually bought and used equipment from a China supplier they can recommend.

Hi Nina. BEIJING LEADBEAUTY. I can attest that the LB100 Lamprobe unit is working well and although the needles are a little expensive, we hope that this unit will operate for some time. As we have only had the machine for a few weeks, it is a little early to pass a final comment and we will work with it for a while to see how the performance is over a period of time. JDN

HI all. I just want to post the following comment with regard to a PARTICULAR supplier from China. When purchasing equipment from China, it is always a big risk and one is never sure about not only the performance of the equipment, but also about the quality and after sales support from suppliers in China. I have bought many pieces of equipment from China suppliers and can say that with the most, I have been disappointed not only about the performance, but also about the very very poor after sales service. In May of 2018, I needed to buy a new CO2 laser and other equipment as my previous laser which only worked for about 20 hours and then stopped working. I initially bought this laser from ADSS in Beijing and after about 20 hours, it stopped working. For about 3 years.....I tried to get ADSS to assist to repair the unit but their comment was that I can send it to them (at my cost) and they will look at it but it will be better for me to buy a new one.... In May 2018, I by sheer LUCK..... found a supplier in Beijing, called YUWEI LASER and the owner Mr Li Weike invited me to visit their company. I visited them and I was very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to assist.
I then also decided to buy some equipment from YUWEI LASER and the company even painted the machine in the colors I chose.... When the machines arrived, it was well packed and it worked without any problem from the first day.... It is still working and I am sure that it will work for a long time.... The main reason for this comment, is actually not about the equipment I bought from them, but about my previous laser I bought from ADSS who was not willing to assist. Mr Weike Li asked me to bring some parts of the ADSS machine to China when I visit and he then tested it and I bought some new parts he recommended to replace. Even if the machine was not originally bought from his company, he still supplied parts to me. When I returned home, we replaced the parts and when I had Any QUESTION, i SEND wEIKE A WHATSAPP MESSAGE WITH PHOTOS AND VIDEOS, and he gave me advice on what to do.... Even when it was late at night in Beijing.....he still gave me advice.... Eventually I started the machine,....... and it worked without any problem....
the moral of my story is that YUWEI LASER and Weike Li are one of the very very very few suppliers in China, I trust and I will always have only good things to say about this supplier. This is one supplier I will always support and for those people who want to buy equipment, I will say this...... ALWAYS first contact Yuwei Laser in Beijing and I supply their contact details to you.
