I'm a practicing IM physician in TX. I'm interested in aesthetics for a long time and now seems the right time to invest in my own MedSpa. What kind of additional training do I need , if any? How do I start the process ? Please help me understand the process. I've looked online and couldn't find much info on how to start ?
Basically I want to know everything about it including the most necessary services I should be providing to the kind of techs/ people I need to employ.
I appreciate any advice.
