Injectable Treatments: Botox & Filler Injections > how much do you pay owner of spa?

Hi- I am new to botox and filler community. I am an RN almost NP, I recently started working in a spa injecting botox and dermal fillers. I am working on building my business as of now I only see about 8-10 patients a month. I have a medical director fee and then also malpractice insurance, supplies, and botox and fillers. How much of a profit would you guys give to owner of spa? I have booked most of my clients myself, and really am just using a room, Is 10% of net or gross sound reasonable? Thanks in advance.

There are a number of ways to look at this but it's going to be your license that both allows you to perform treatments, and that makes you the primary person at risk if there's an issue.

It's going to be a back and forth. On their side they're probably looking to provide the patients, and that's time and effort for them. They should be reimbursed for sure.

I think you're going to find that their position is that they deserve more than 15%.

I would suggest that you might take a look at a flat fee per patient they bring and avoid all of the discussions that can weigh you down and slow the process. But be aware that you can lose by winning. If you give them too little they'll find someone else to do a better deal with.
