I have converted almost entirely to blunt cannula injection of fillers. I prefer disposable blunt cannulae for Restylane, Juvederm Ultra XC and Juvederm Ultra Plus XC, and Radiesse in my St Louis, MO practice.

Understand the diameter you harvest through determines the diameter that can be used for injection when working with fat. There are currently appropriate diameters available for fat and filler injections in both disposable and autoclavable versions.
