What's the best method/technique to get rid of the loose skin on stomach and inner thigh after Coolsculpting treatment?

I have seen good skin tightening with dermal rolling. I have seen loose underarm and loose thigh skin tighten after rolling with a 2.0 body roller. That would be something to try. I would estimate it would take 3-6 treatments 6 weeks apart; and the full result is not seen for one year.

I've used the Sciton Skin Tyte on my patients (not after Cool Sculpting, but on loose, sagging skin due to age and weight loss) and have seen excellent results.

Have you looked into the Exilis RF system? You can't expect or promise overnight results, but it is the only device out there currently FDA and Health Canada approved for Fat Loss, Skin Tightening and Wrinkle Reduction. As with many treatment modalities, client participation in the recommended pre & post treatment protocols is imperative, as is good client selection by the treatment provider, screening not only for appropriate areas but also patient compliance with the recommended protocol.

Exilis treatments can result in substantial fat reduction and skin tightening, if treatment is done aggressively. There are some areas, however, that remain difficult for any modality, including surgery. Abdomen, thighs, flanks and lower face/neck bring the best and most consistent results with Exilis fat reduction and skin tightening. Treatment success depends on many factors but if done correctly, the results are almost guaranteed.

It would be difficult to say which modality will work the best because it depends on how much laxity the area has. For example, a fair amount of excess skin will not respond to RF devices as it would to surgical removal.
