Alma: Accent XL, Harmony XL, Pixel C02 > Simmer ST error

I need help please
i have a Harmony XL Alma Laser and when i star the laser we have the follow error

SIMMER ST ERROR

Can you help me ?

Take the top of the harmony xl off. Make sure all screws are tight on the tee brackets Look under the top there are two black o rings. remove and replace them with # 6 orings. Put top back on and make sure when you turn the gray turn knob that the top is fully seated. Hope this helps........it fixed my st simmer error and leakage error.
