Esthetician & Skin Care Products > Which Micro-Needling Pen do you recommend?

Which micro-needling pen from the list below do you recommend? [technical specs are summarized and detailed questions follow] - sorry for the long post :)
1) eDermaStamp (from Dermaroller)
2) ProCell Therapy
3) Eclipse Micropen
4) InnoPen
5) Skin Pen
Technical specs I've found:
- eDermaStamp (from Dermaroller) : up to 150 strokes per second (9000 rpm) , circular technique on skin, sterile 6 needles, wall-plugged , foot paddle, atraumatic sterile needles, HA sterile serum and post treatment masks
- ProCell Therapy : stamping technique, 3 tip sizes - Precision (12 needles)Face (25 needles)Body (49 needles) - (0.25 - 1.5 mm depth) ; battery and wall-plugged operated ... not sure which model they sell in Canada , between 3800 to 9200 rmp ; stem cell / human growth factor / HA serums / vials
- Eclipse Micropen elite, battery operated, 6900 rpm, 12 needles stainless steel 32 gauge sterile
- InnoPen :stamping technique, 13 pins SUS Surgical stainless needles, < 2mm , 2500 - 4500 rpm, wall-plugged;
- SkinPen : FDA approved, 0.25 - 1.5 mm, 14 stainless steel medical grade needles, 7000 rpm
all the reps said their device is better than the other for various reasons :D
Concerns / questions :
- which device delivers more effective results?
- Does lower number of needles make the treatment and penetration more effective?
- which device has higher customer satisfaction rate (treatment comfort / pain , results)
- which technique is actually better? stamping or circular motion on the skin ?
- which device has the lowest / no possibility of cross-contamination / contamination of with blood-borne pathogens?
- how deep into the skin should we actually go to get results ? (i have been told that we should avoid bleeding)
- are wall-plugged operated devices superior to the battery operated / cordless ones?
[ I included only Health Canada licensed devices ]
Thanks for your help!
